Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening. Fine cassis notes, underlaid with precious wood seasoning, some amarena cherries, dark minerals, roasted aromas linger. Complex, elegant, well-integrated acidity, fine tannin, nougat on the finish, black cherries in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It tastes particularly good with dishes with dark meat or game, as well as with dishes with root vegetables.
