Tasting note
It has a cherry red color of medium to high intensity. Expressive nose of ripe black fruit. Spicy and balsamic notes. It's very complex. Smooth tannins in a very pleasant wine. Round and long-lasting finish. Meik: origin of the Latin word miscere, which means “to mix.”
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, stews, mushroom dishes, burgers, risottos and pasta with spicy sauces.
