Tasting note
Color: Light yellow with a vivid perlage. Aroma: Delicious bouquet of candied fruit, brioche, almond cream and a touch of caramel. Character: On the palate, a wonderful freshness, fineness, purity and harmony.

Goes well with aperitifs, salads, seafood, asparagus and various starters.
Vinification
Aging in stainless steel tanks. After the careful production process, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle. The bottles are stored in dark cellars for 24 months.
