Adriana and Fausto are already making a selection of the best plots for their parade horse in the vineyard. The young wine has a very long contact period with the berry skins and then, after pressing, it remains in contact with the fine yeast for several months - this is an old practice to leave the wine with a maximum of natural substances. The result is a wide range of aromas, completely in opulence, a never-ending bouquet that is reflected on the palate in abundance, elegance and beguiling complexity. || Produced bottle. Vinification
Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Für ihr Paradepferd machen Adriana und Fausto schon im Rebberg eine Selektion der besten Parzellen. Der junge Wein erfährt eine sehr lange Kontaktzeit mit den Beerenhäuten und anschliessend, nach dem Pressen, bleibt er nochmals mehrere Monate im Kontakt mit der feinen Hefe - dies eine alte Praktik, um dem Wein ein Maximum an natürlichen Substanzen zu lassen.
