About the wine
A perfectly aged rarity from single layers. More complex than expected and is stylistically reminiscent of a large Bordeaux. After the already terrific 2004 Reserva, this 2009 once again sets new standards in elegance and complexity.

Tasting note
Beautiful ruby red Complex and fascinatingly accessible fragrance. At first glance, aromas of ripe fruit mixed with various spices. Cherry and dried plum interacting with wonderful roasted aromas and a touch of leather, tobacco and dark chocolate. Very impressive on the palate right from the start with an astonishing amount of freshness. Harmonious and mature mouthfeel Carried by a delicious extract sweetness, it presents a breathtakingly long finale, which shows a flood of various spices with delicate peppery notes on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Great with hearty Spanish-style dishes. Decant 1 to 2 hours before drinking.
Vinification
Aging for 36 months in barrels. 80% French oak barrels, 20% American barrels. Aged in bottle for 7 years.
