Tasting note
Mavrotragano was born on the volcanic soil of Santorini and is a rarity. A local red variety that offers wines of pure individuality. Vivid ruby red color. Lush nose with red and black fruits such as cherries and berries with notes of vanilla and tobacco. Vinification
Classic red wine pressing for this old local red variety. Ageing: 12 months in medium-sized 225 lt French oak barrels. It was bottled unfiltered; there is a possibility that sediment is present in the bottle.
