About the wine
Winemaker Mariano Garcia deliberately founded his winery in the province of Tudela. This is how he can create his very own character wine far away from the production regulations that apply in the Ribera del Duero D.O... And to do so, he uses unconventional methods, such as shorter aging times in barrels or the use of fermentation tanks made of concrete, French oak and stainless steel. The result is wines with their very own taste that is convincing.

Tasting note
Impenetrable purple. On the nose, intense aromas of red fruits and warm spices as well as a delightful, floral note. Compact and concentrated on the palate, with the typical fruitiness of this vintage. The juicy acidity and crunchy tannin balance perfectly with the opulence of this wine. A masterfully successful wine with exceptional storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine cuts of meat, game, poultry.
Vinification
Vinified in wooden barrels, then aged in French barriques for 26 months.
