Tasting note
Complex, fruity range of aromas, in particular black cherry, spices. Wonderful structure, beautifully integrated tannins. A great wine! Almost black dark red, with plum reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat terrine, guinea fowl, roasted turkey, lamb, marinated meat, grilled meat, game specialties, cheese plates and soft cheese.
