Tasting note
Very fruity nose of cherries, raspberries, cassis, fine spicy notes and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, this Tempranillo is fresh, elegant and shows finesse instead of opulence. The tannins are soft and balanced, the aftertaste is long-lasting with lots of fruit.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed with their feet, fermented in a tonneau and then aged for 11 months in a 3,000-liter oak barrel.
