Tasting note
Color: Strong ruby red. Aroma: Aromatic complexity with notes of blackberries and plum jam with a subtle hint of vanilla. Plus delicate notes of pepper and spices. Character: Harmonious on the palate with finely developed tannins and tasty aftertaste.

Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in INOX tanks. Aging for 6 months in French barriques.
