About the wine
The tree logo on the label is printed with special red ink, which turns blue when the wine reaches 8°C, the ideal drinking temperature.

Tasting note
Color: ruby red color with purple reflections; bouquet: notes of fresh fruits such as strawberries, sour cherries and hints of dried plums; palate: enveloping due to its soft tannins, but at the same time maintains its straightness due to its sour vein. Clean to the end, its aromas remain long after drinking.
Culinary recommendation
Its freshness makes it an ideal aperitif with sausages and cream cheese. It goes well with pasta or gnocchi in tomato sauce, typical orecchiette with kohlrabi and grilled meat dishes
