About the wine
This red wine comes from the heart of Apulia, where old vines are rooted in deep red clay soils. Powerful and expressive, it shows the full potential of Primitivo: concentrated, authentic and harmonious. Perfect with grilled meat, aged cheese or pure as a delightful soloist.

Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand in the cooler morning hours. After temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine ages in French and American oak for several months to develop structure and complexity.
