Tasting note
Strong yellow with slight golden shades, rich bouquet reminiscent of honey and exotic fruits. Full, aromatic but not obtrusive taste.

Vinification
Only really ripe and healthy grapes are harvested and dried for Masetto Dulcis. The grapes are dried for 4 months until they reach the ideal sugar content of approx. 380 g per liter. Fermentation takes more than 3 months due to the high sugar concentration and low temperatures.
