Tasting note
Aromas of red and black fruits (strawberry, cherry plum), with light balsamic and spicy notes, wrapped in hints of licorice, tobacco, toast and Mediterranean undergrowth. Nice fruity and mineral structure with ripe tannins and a harmonious, long-lasting finish. Beautiful ruby red with purple shimmer.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with serrano ham, chorizo, oven-baked chicken, grilled pork cutlet and Spanish wild boar stew.
