Color: Intense cherry red with purple reflections. Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe dark berries, balsamic and mineral notes accompanied by spicy and tobacco nuances. Character: Elegant and accessible on the palate. Balanced structure, concentrated with fruity nuances. Persistent, smooth aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Catalan dishes, tapas, beef goulash, lamb, barbecues and much more.
Vinification
Ageing for 24-36 months in French barriques.
