About the wine
Celler Cal Pla was founded in 1814 when the Priory underwent a major change in terms of wine and plants. To date, seven generations have dedicated themselves to the work of the vineyards and the production of wines. The old wine cellar is still in operation, and some of the vines are now over a hundred years old.

Tasting note
The wine has a golden yellow color. On the nose, beautiful roasted aromas and notes of tropical and stone fruits. On the palate, a very strong structure, with good fruit and woody aromas. The acid is very well integrated. The aftertaste is very long and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at slightly chilled 10°-13°C. Flaschenpost team tip: It goes well with spicy dishes, spicy food and vegetables.
