Tasting note
Impenetrable purple Black and red berries on the nose. On the palate, ripe cherries and blackberries, finely spicy nuances and subtle roasted and vanilla notes. Velvety without being heavy, balanced and harmonious. A fruity, pleasant aftertaste.

Goes well with lamb, game, tapas and pasta.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks, then aged for nine months in French and American barriques.
