Tasting note
Delicate scent with hints of violets and strawberries, the taste is dry, rich and harmonious. One of the greatest wines in Romagna, which beautifully combines the tartness and freshness of Sangiovese with the heavier, dark fruits and spicy aromas of international grapes.

Lamb, beef with gratins or with lasagna
Vinification
Grown on Albarello vines. Ageing for 15 months in French oak barrels (20% new ones) and a small proportion in American and Hungarian oak (10%). Production: 20,000 bottles
