Tasting note
In the glass, the Marsiliana is deep ruby red. On the nose, aromas of ripe blackcurrants, blackberries and plums develop, accompanied by a touch of spices and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and notes of dark chocolate and vanilla. The aftertaste is long and elegant.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meat, game dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and after fermentation in stainless steel tanks, they are aged in French oak barrels, which gives the wine additional complexity and depth.
