About the wine

Tasting note
Light straw yellow. Delicate, very refreshing with a great balance of sweetness and acidity. Long-lasting with a hint of mint and a typical scent of nutmeg, elderflowers and apricots.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with dessert. It is traditionally served in the countryside with a snack of waffles and focaccia. Denise Marrone says: Always drink, whether early in the morning, for lunch, for dinner or as a digestive instead of grappa!
Vinification
Moscato d'Asti is fermented in a closed tank. It is only roughly filtered, which leaves more valuable aromas in the wine. Moscato d'Asti should have around 4.5 to 5.5 percent alcohol by volume and a carbonic acid pressure of around 1.5 bar.
