With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Marrone masters this red wine in the fertile and picturesque landscape of Piedmont. Tasting note
A great wine with a very complex, rich yet velvety taste. Very fresh with exquisite aromas of raspberry, currant and blackberry. These are infused with a warm spicy note.
Culinary recommendation
Strong, dark meat dishes from beef, lamb, deer, also with mushroom dishes and truffles.
Vinification
Manual harvest in the second half of September. 10 days of maceration and aging in stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place for 12 months in large oak barrels and another 12 months in the bottle.
