About the wine
The snappy Nebbiolo 2014 — Marrone Barbaresco DOCG is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. Sunny and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Marrone conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Nebbiolo with pizza or prosciutto.

Tasting note
Intense scent of dark, small and ripe berries. Elegant and complex structure on the palate. The aftertaste is long and very aromatic.
Culinary recommendation
Strong, dark meat dishes from beef, lamb, deer, also with mushroom dishes and truffles.
Vinification
Manual harvest in the second half of September. 20 days of maceration and aging in stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place for 24 months in large oak barrels and barriques and another 24 months in the bottle.
