Tasting note
Color: Rich, dark cherry red with distinctive purple reflections, black core. Aromatics: Pure and intense, multi-faceted, spicy-peppery, warm notes of tobacco and leather, subtle roasted aromas, finely earthy with a touch of undergrowth. Body: Substantial start, robust on the palate, balanced in acidity and tannin, warming, wonderful peppery aromas, spicy, sweet fruitiness, long aftertaste. Quality: Impressive, highly complex, sensual wine, strong style.

Goes well with chateaubriand filled with morels, veal fillet medallions filled with hazelnuts and raisins.
