Tasting note
Elegant aroma of fresh, red and black berries, e.g. raspberries and blackberries, floral notes and an elegant taste of licorice, vanilla and cocoa. Full-bodied and meaty, yet silky at the same time. Melty with a long aftertaste. Dense, shiny cherry red with purple reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Tapas, fried fish and shrimp croquettes, baccalau, pasta, paella, grilled beef cutlets with pepper sauce, ripe cheeses.
