About the wine

Tasting note
Opaque ruby red On the nose, complex aromas of ripe dark berries, cassis, blackberries, but also roasted notes such as coffee and spices. On the palate, full body with youthful tannins, balanced, complex and harmonious. Long-lasting, intense and concentrated aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, lamb and fine meat dishes.
Vinification
After hand harvesting, traditional mash fermentation followed by aging in new French barriques for around 15 months.
