Tasting note
In the glass, the wine is light cyclam pink with silver reflections. The bouquet is attractive and inviting, with notes of raspberries, hibiscus flowers and fine floral nuances. The palate is dominated by green apples, accompanied by a delicate fruity sweetness, balanced structure and a touch of strawberry jam on the finish. The fine acidity, harmonious balance and delicate style make this rosé an exceptionally fresh, versatile summer wine. The rosé from Markus Fine Wines is an elegant and characterful wine that impressively expresses the Mediterranean terroir of Dalmatia. The cuvée of Syrah and Grenache from the Rhône Valley combines freshness, depth and finesse — and is of the highest class both in terms of style and quality. A fine rosé that easily matches the best rosés in the world. A fine rosé that is much more than just a summer wine — stylish, sophisticated and a real statement for top Dalmatian wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti, grilled fish, seafood salads or simply well chilled on the terrace.
Vinification
It is a classic rosé approach: the grapes are lightly pressed (direct pressing) to achieve minimal peel extraction and produce a bright, elegant color The juice is separated from the mash and prepared for fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the fresh, fruity aroma profiles — such as exotic fruits and violets — Neutral spin to underline the fineness: delicate aromas of watermelon and stone fruit remain in focus Even after fermentation, the wine remains in stainless steel, without the use of wood — thus maintaining clarity and freshness.
