Pirmin Bilger: Noble Margaux scent rises from the glass. Cool and dark fruity expression underlaid with delicate herbs. A touch of truffle and mineral nuances of graphite. I am fascinated by this cool and spicy depth with an ethereal minty expression. Very juicy and powerful start on the palate, revealing delicate black cherries, blackberries and elderberries. An extremely refined wine that shows incredible elegance and balance thanks to its delicate acidity. A silky fine palate flow underlines this impression. Good length and a spicy and delicate mineral finish. A Deyrem Valentine with classic characteristics and the dense aromas of the 2020 vintage.
