About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Cusumano has absolutely mastered his craft. Tasting note
The glass shows a medium-density cherry red. The scent is intense and with inviting aromas of dark berries and cherries. Elegant and soft on the palate, with lots of juiciness, a subtle acidity and pleasant tannins.

Vinification
The Merlot grapes grow at 350 m above sea level in the San Giacomo vineyard. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks followed by a 5-month expansion phase on the fine yeast.
