Tasting note
Color: Rich ruby red with iridescent violet reflections, fine hem. Aromatics: Expressive fruit, blackberry, spicy, of dried herbs, well-interwoven aging notes, smoky and roasted, finely mineralized. Body: Very long, full-bodied start, intense cassis flavours, good structure, balanced acidity, long aftertaste. Quality: Independent wine, well-structured, with a pleasant texture and good aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fresh pasta with truffles, entrecote, wild fowl, tournedos, cheese.
