About the wine
Excellent wine, has a rich bouquet, which has a slight cherry note due to the typical soil characteristics and the microclimate. It is aged in wooden barrels for one year. A third of it in barriques.
Tasting note
Dense ruby red with purple reflections. Complex and multi-layered on the nose with scent of ripe, red berries and vanilla. On the palate, velvety tannins, medium-weight body and complex aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, lamb, game
Vinification
After traditional fermentation, subsequent aging for 12 months. 30% in barriques, 70% in 10hl oak barrels. 6 months storage in bottles.
