Tasting note
Light yellow green. Fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, fresh white fruit, pears, peaches, floral notes. Gentle and flavorful on the palate. A sparkling dry sparkling wine from permaculture, spontaneously fermented and without added ingredients.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, seafood, goat cheese or Asian cuisine.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected in the Salento region and fermented in bottles using the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise). The wine stays on the yeast for several months.
