Inviting fruit on the nose and good strength on the palate with fresh raspberries and a good balance between acidity and tannins.
Vinification
The Maranges appellation is located south of Santenay in the southernmost part of the Côte de Beaune. Domaine Chavy-Chouet cultivates a pretty plot of land on the lower slope of the appellation in a south-west orientation called Les Meurées.
