Tasting note
The Mara Martín is dressed in a straw yellow robe with greenish reflections. He knows how to inspire with his mineral-fresh nature. On the nose, aromas of white flesh, herbaceous notes and a hint of quince. Density and smoothness envelop the palate. Well structured with lots of freshness and a long finish accompanied by citrus notes.

Goes well with seafood, fish and cream cheese.
