However, the Spanish winery Josep Maria Raventos i Blanc is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this sparkling wine. We think he succeeded! Tasting note
A reference for sparkling wine from Spain and worldwide. Complex aromas of citrus, pain grillé and white flowers. Opulent on the palate and with a soft texture, but the crunchy acidity keeps this wine in perfect balance. A truly luxurious drinking experience.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with risotto, sushi, sea fish.
Vinification
The various vineyards and grape varieties are fermented separately in steel tanks. After blending, the wine is bottled, where it matures on fine yeast for six years. This wine does not receive any additional “dosage” and is therefore naturally dry.
