Soft yellow with greenish reflections. Wonderfully aromatic on the nose. Citrus fruits, stone fruits, Mediterranean herbs and notes of acacia dominate. Floral notes also characterize the charming, expressive bouquet. Fresh, mineral and structured on the palate. The exceptional shelf life of these white wines makes them appealing and enjoyable even many years after bottling. Culinary recommendation
Ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes, but also to white truffles and white truffle dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are strictly selected, destemmed and cooled to 12 to 14 degrees. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in French oak barrels. This is followed by ageing on fine yeast until spring. This process creates a creamy, complex white wine with lots of freshness.
