Tasting note
The aroma features typical notes of gooseberries, quince, some smoke and citrus fruits. The texture is dense and buttery. In the mouth, however, it feels pleasantly light and soft. With a long finish. An excellent white wine like orange wine for special moments.

45 days of contact with the skins, careful aging in barriques.
