About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Tridente masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque and beautiful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). With the fine Malvasia Centenaria from 2020, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Fantastic new white wine from Bodega Tridente in Uraltreben! Bright straw-yellow color. The aromas rise to reveal almonds and nuts, white flowers, peach peel and predominant notes of ripe yellow apples. Tasteful and balanced, with hints of flowers in a long, slightly spicy finish that leaves notes of apple and pear nectar.

Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best when it is slightly chilled 6°-9°C.
Vinification
The Malvasía grapes come from a vineyard called El Carrueco, which was created in 1920 in the traditional “Vaso” system on very sandy soils around the winery. Half of the wine is fermented in 225 liter French oak barrels and then matures for 6 months. The rest of the wine is fermented in a small stainless steel tank, where it matures for 6 months with the fine yeast grounds, which give it a soothing texture and aromas.
