Graceful and picturesque landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Malcaracter conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This tempranillo is very good to serve with polenta or barbecue.

Tasting note
Dark ruby red. On the nose, notes of garrique and wild, black berries. On the palate, brioche, red fruits, tobacco, cherries. Full-bodied and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meat, game dishes and strong cheese. It goes particularly well with dishes such as lamb chops, beef steaks or mature Manchego cheese.
Vinification
“Malcaracter Limited” fermented spontaneously on autochthonous yeasts and matures in oak barrels for 12 months.
