If we can offer something special for Christmas 2022, it's this fresh Tempranillo 2021 — Malcaracter DO Ribera del Duero. Tasting note
Cherry red with purple inclusions, strong on the nose with aromas of fresh, black fruits, balanced, pressed only with indigenous yeasts and aged in barriques for 6 months: On the palate, the full potential of the terroir at an altitude of 800 meters is revealed. Rich, round fruit is possible without fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides, and without the usual regional irrigation if you leave nature largely to itself. 14.5% vol. Fortunately, Nacho and Cecilia can't drink everything themselves.
