Tasting note
Clear, dense dark red with strong purple reflections. Complex compote-like bouquet, cassis, dark wild berries, elderberry, warm roasted aromas alternating with a fine spice, bay leaf, mocha, herbs and vanilla, balsamic touch. Substantial, soft drink with balanced tannins, very strong, slightly warming and characterized by ageing on the palate, nice acidity, typical herbal notes on the finish. Strong wine with an aromatic finish, decant before enjoying.

Goes well with fried red meat, lamb gigot or pork steak.
