About the wine
This provocative red wine 2015 — Malbec Single Vineyard crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The wine-growing regions of the Salentein winery extend across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Tasting note
Ruby, chocolate, coffee, fine wood, lots of power, dense, rich, meaty, long.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, lamb and poultry dishes.
Vinification
Handpicked, after cold maceration of 6-8 days at 10-12°C (extraction of the aromas, dyes and tannins from the grape skins) and 14-day cool fermentation in large oak wine barrels, the wine barriques made of French wood were aged for 12-14 months.
