Tasting note
After a long maceration and brief fermentation, this cru ages for 12 months in French oak barrels and matures in bottles for 6 to 12 months. The color is dark purple. On the nose, we recognize black fruits, cassis and peppery notes. On the palate, this wine is elegant and balanced with aromas of blackberries, raspberries and chocolate.
