About the wine
Solid Malbec quality from pioneering producer Catena Zapata from Mendoza. The Alamos impresses with the fruity character of the Malbec grape, complemented by subtle roasted aromas. Under the direction of Laura Catena, the winery is developing into an innovative and successful company in the wine sector that receives high international attention.
Tasting note
Purple colors, purple reflections. Lots of black cherry fruit, blackberries and some wild flowers in an intense bouquet, including a hint of licorice. Round and smooth Malbec characterized by lots of red and black fruit, which impresses with its intensity and clear expression; in addition to the fruity aromas, it also shows a lively freshness, round finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal for grilling plates, meatballs, jerky and stews It also goes great with steaks and lamb chops.
