Malbec M Vin de Pays Suisse's bouquet of coffee, chocolate and leather flirts virtuously with your sense of smell. A red wine with a powerful body and distinctive acidity, which develops its complex structure harmoniously with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Goes well with foie gras, kidneys, braised meat, prime rib, roast lamb, duck with honey, pigeon, black truffle, porcini mushrooms, venison medallions, mushroom risotto, not too strong cheeses. Vinification
