Tasting note
Dense cherry red with shades of purple. Intense aromas of red and black fruits such as blackberries, blueberries and plums, as well as a spicy note of black pepper. Subtle roasted aromas from aging in barriques. On the palate, it is full of concentrated fruit, elegance, density, balance and powerful tannins.
Vinification
The young wine ages for 15 months in 225 l oak barriques. Limited production of less than 3,000 bottles per year.
