Tasting note
On the nose, an intense aroma reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries and blueberries. Spicy notes accompany the scent. On the palate, full-bodied, and well-structured. The delicate tannins produce a persistent and harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
The ideal wine for a barbecue with friends, which mainly consists of red meat. Also excellent with cold cuts and blue cheese as a starter.
Vinification
Malbech is a grape variety that finds ideal conditions in the Veneto region. This is where it can best develop its potential for great stamina and pleasant fruitiness. It is one of the few pure Malbech wines in Italy that is vinified in its purest form to highlight its characteristics and make it exclusive. The maceration takes 15-20 days and the alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The Malbech then matures for 12 months in barriques and 6 months in barrels, where it is enriched with spicy aromas and the tannins become softer and more elegant. It remains in the bottle for at least another 6 months and thus achieves excellent taste harmony. Acidity 5.8 g/l.
