About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape beauty of the Bündner Herrschaft, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Weinbau von Salis masters with a keen sense of texture. Tasting note
On the delicious nose lemons, green apples and some lemon balm, lively and refreshing on the palate, the citric notes are reflected, complemented by dried tea herbs and fine minerals, the fruit acid is well integrated and contributes to the fresh palate of this Pinot Blanc.
Culinary recommendation
Aperitif and appetizers, asparagus and fish dishes.
Vinification
After a few hours of maceration, squeeze and ferment in pure yeast in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 15 - 18°C.
