Tasting note
The Maispracher Riesling Sylvaner impresses with its clear light yellow colour with slight green reflections. The pure fruit and a subtle nutmeg note are pleasing on the nose. On the palate, aromas of citrus, yellow stone fruits, green apples and a slight floral note inspire. It is pleasantly fresh and slightly sparkling.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters - asparagus - fish or just to enjoy.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and carefully selected. In the cellar, attention is paid to a particularly long mash period before fermentation in order to obtain as many aromas as possible from the grape skins. The expansion takes place in steel tanks.
