About the wine
An elegant Pinot Noir with aromas of red berries, cherries and a touch of spice. Delicate and balanced on the palate, with velvety tannins and a harmonious finish.

Tasting note
A worthy representative of the Bündner Herrschaft, the valley in which the hair dryer is called “the grape cooker.” Dressed in a powerful-looking robe that spans a remarkable body. Late ripening also means round, rather deep acidity, which leads to a remarkable finish.

Goes well with cheese platters, cheese cakes, Bündnerplatte, capuns, light meat dishes.
Vinification
The Pinot Noir grapes are carefully picked and destemmed by hand. Fermentation and aging take place exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
