About the wine
A characterful Pinot Noir from the Bündner Herrschaft, aged in barriques for 12 months. On the nose, elegant aromas of red berries, cherries and delicate spicy notes. Round and harmonious on the palate, with soft tannins, subtle roasted aromas and a long, elegant structure.

Tasting note
Color: Medium ruby red. Aroma: Nice fruit and subtle spiciness, notes of red berries such as blackcurrants, strawberries and raspberries as well as red cherries and plums. Character: Elegant, delicate and complex. The aroma of red berries is repeated, ripe fruits and round tannins, well-embedded acidity combined with subtle use of wood result in a nice complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried or braised beef, lamb, game, ripe cheese and camembert.
Vinification
Maceration in steel tanks, aging for 12 months in new and old barriques.
